Cancellation Policy
When booking an appointment, there is a required credit card on file. In the event that you must cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment or no show, you will be charged 100% of the service booked. If you have to cancel within 48 hours, 50% of the service scheduled will be charged.
Respectfully, please notify your stylist as soon as possible to cancel your reservation. This way your designated appointment can be offered to another awaiting guest. But, LIFE & emergencies happen. I am 100% understanding of this. Whether it is an emergency, you are unwell, you have been in contact with someone feeling unwell, or have been exposed to COVID, our health & safety is most important! Please reach out & I will be sure to work something out with you.
Please be ready for your appointment at the destination requested at least 15 minutes prior to your stylist’s arrival time. This will help to ensure you are ready for your stylist to set up & in the case there are any questions or concerns from your stylist, they know that you will be ready & available to answer a phone call. In the case you are unavailable at the requested destination by your scheduled appointment time, this will be considered a late cancellation & will result in a 100% charge of appointment booked.
